FISHBOARD SARL is a professionally authorized vocational training and insertion center, officially recognized by the Cameroonian Ministry of Professional Training. We exist to bridge the gap between academic training in sub-Saharan Africa and international medical licensing — giving health professionals the structured preparation, digital tools, and coaching they need to succeed on the world stage.

Two gaps, one mission
Health professionals trained in sub-Saharan Africa face a licensing system built without them in mind — exams, language requirements, and immigration processes with no local guide. And most research produced here has never had a stable, citable home online: a thesis defended at a Cameroonian university is often harder to find than one defended a decade earlier abroad. We built Fishboard to close the first gap, and Fisher's Dashboard to close the second — because a candidate's credential and a researcher's work deserve the same thing: a fair chance to be found, verified, and recognized.

Fisher's Dashboard records carry a permanent link and citation even when the full text is restricted; where the depositor's rights allow it, the text itself is free to read.
