Practice Medecine in Canada/USA - Workshop

Join us for the "Practice Medicine in Canada / USA" Workshop, hosted by Fishboard, on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Azimut Higher Institute (Mobil Emana, Yaoundé, Cameroon). Five guest speakers — physicians currently practicing or training in the US and Canada — will walk attendees through the key steps to practicing medicine in North America, with a special focus on the licensing exams: USMLE Step 1, USMLE Step 2, MCCQE, and NAC OSCE. About this recap
Fishboard publishes a recap for every session it runs, so the material outlives the hour it was taught in. Where the organisers have shared them, you will find the session recording, the slides and handouts, photographs from the room in Yaoundé, and links to the official examination sources referenced during the talk. Candidates who could not attend live — often because of the time difference, an on-call shift, or bandwidth — use these pages as the primary record, and they stay online indefinitely rather than expiring with the event.
Sessions are taught bilingually in English and French by tutors who have sat the exams they teach, and cover the MCCQE, the francophone EACMC, the USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 sequence, the NAC OSCE, and the IELTS and TCF language tests.
